Delete your account

How to request deletion of your LaneMentor account and the data associated with it.

Delete from inside the app fastest

  1. Open the LaneMentor app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is erased immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be signed out on all devices and can no longer log in.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@lanementor.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted / anonymised immediately

Your login account, name, phone number, profile photo, push-notification tokens, message contents, reviews you wrote, saved addresses on bookings, and notification preferences.

Kept (legal & financial obligations)

Booking and payment records (amounts, dates, invoices) are retained without your personal identifiers, as required by tax and accounting law.

Retention periods

Server access logs are deleted after 90 days. Notification delivery logs are deleted after 12 months. Financial records are kept for the legally required retention period.
